you asked fot it...vegan spinach dip

so we went over to joe and colleen's for food and drinks and christmas. so much fun. george. yeah. he's crazy. and totally awesome. seriously such a cutie. maddie played shy as usual, but i think she really enjpyed the whole day. i totally forgot my camera cartrige so sadly i have no pictures. i do however have videos! but...i have no idea how to get them on here. haha. hopefully my mom or someone will send me some pctures??

anyways, we brought food with us of course. matthew made hummas and i made spinach dip. i had a few inquiries about the vegan spinach dip so here ya go,

1 cup veganaise
2 cups (so one tub) tofutti sour cream
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. knorr's veg. soup mix
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup chopped green onion

i can't remember where i got that recipe, but i made it for my baby shower too and so i had it saved on my computer from 2 years ago. the lasy 2 ingredients i just added 'cause i like them, so i guess they would be optional.
