well, I finally received my Brazilian Sunlight in the mail!! She is of course stunning! I am so close to finishing this set, it hurts. I can't seem to find that last one though!!! **frustration** My searches for her so far have been fruitless, to the point that I am willing to pay well above the market value for her, which is I believe about $80. because my missing one is the French Sunlight w/ freckles and I already own the one without freckles, my set still looks pretty complete. well, the search continues...in the meantime though, here is my Brazilian Sunlight!

it's friday, i'm in love

I should probably already be in bed, because I have a 6:45am flight, but I am just too excited. In the morning we are flying to B.C. to go to the Cure concert on Monday!!! We've had our tickets for almost a year now and the show got postponed till now and so it's been a long wait...but it's here. it's finally here. I absolutely can't wait much longer. I get to go to B.C., go to the beach, eat at amazing vegetarian restaurants, and see Robert Smith!!!

I am going to miss Madeleine like crazy. She will be staying at my moms for the days we are gone. I miss her already and it has only been a couple hours since I last saw her. I love her. She is so wonderful.

my Greek Blue w/ blue clouds Sunlight is here!! sweetblue, thank you! she is BEAUTIFUL!! and she does in fact smell amazing!! I've been cuddling her since she arrived...even R2D2 wanted a little snuggle next to her!

our yard is starting to look really pretty

I went to the Greenhouse today and bought some flowers for the front flowers bed. Irises, Lilies, Sunflowers, Dahlias, and a few others. Despite the pouring rain, me and Matt planted them all this evening. They look wonderful. Maybe the skies will clear up enough tomorrow for me to take some pictures. *crosses fingers*

I am going to go back in a week or 2 and get a few trees for the front yard as well. an Apple tree, a Cherry tree, and a Hibiscus plant. Maybe our grass will be a bit greener by then.

Other news...Madeleine...walks!!! pretty good too. she is toddling all over the place. too cute. I am so proud of her. My heart smiles just thinking about it. Since the only word she really knows is 'Aida' (our cat's name), she's been chasing Aida around and screeching her name at her. It's really funny, but I don't think Aida likes these new developments at all, Lol.
